VENDOR REGISTATION FORM
Vendor Registration closes January 15, 2020 or earlier depending on the amount of responses. All registrants will receive a reply no later than January 25, 2019. For those chosen, a signed agreement is required in order to participate.
Selection is based on product type, uniqueness, and quality.
Booth sharing is strictly prohibited as our pop up is a very curated feature. All spaces are assigned. Vendors will receive more information regarding booth accommodations. Vendors sharing booth space during the event will be immediately escorted off the premises.
This event is rain or shine. Doors are open from 7pm to 12am.
The vending fee is $595 (plus $38.08 ticket fee) PLUS a non-refundable deposit of $150 to reserve space. Payments and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. More information will be provided once participation is secured.
Vendors are responsible for all necessary permits, licenses and insurances required by Washington, DC for the preparation, display and sale of merchandise.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the vending space clean, undamaged, and for proper disposal of trash.
The Black Love Experience, Nubian Hueman, and its affiliated members are indemnified from and against any and all liability, losses, cost, expenses, damages and recoveries which any indemnities may suffer or incur by reason of any alleged or actual breach of any presentation warranty or agreement made.
